40% participation, under senior trainer supervision.
Full Surgery
Complete procedure, under senior surgeon supervision.
Trainees may choose as many hands-on cases as they wish. Final volume is set by the Chief Trainer to protect patient safety and the quality of your learning.

Hands-On Surgery on Real Patients
You perform hair transplant surgery yourself, in pairs, under the direct supervision of Dr. Nasir Rashid and his associates.
- Delegates work in pairs — one model patient per day
- Each delegate performs 5–7 procedures per week
- Model patients receive a minimum of 800–1000 grafts
- Immediate feedback and guidance on every step
