40% participation, under senior trainer supervision.

Full Surgery

Complete procedure, under senior surgeon supervision.

Trainees may choose as many hands-on cases as they wish. Final volume is set by the Chief Trainer to protect patient safety and the quality of your learning.

Scalp anatomy, hair loss classification, patient selection, FUE, FUT, hairline design, donor harvesting, graft dissection and placement, complications management, and quality control.

Module 1 — Week 1

Lectures, Presentations & Multimedia

Theory with interactive Q&A: essential knowledge before you enter the operating theatre.

Module 2 — Week 2

Live Surgery Demonstrations by the Faculty

Direct observation of live surgery on real patients, with real-time commentary.

  • Patient selection & evaluation, preparing the operation room

  • Donor area estimation, graft storage & graft dissection
  • Designing the patient's hairline
  • Recipient bald area estimation & graft placement
  • Post-operative patient information & first wash

Modules 3 — Weeks 3–4+

Hands-On Surgery on Real Patients

You perform hair transplant surgery yourself, in pairs, under the direct supervision of Dr. Nasir Rashid and his associates.

  • Delegates work in pairs — one model patient per day
  • Each delegate performs 5–7 procedures per week
  • Model patients receive a minimum of 800–1000 grafts
  • Immediate feedback and guidance on every step

Basics Program — 3 weeks to 3 months

Courses can be arranged in small groups of 3–5 doctors, covering all three modules.

Fellowship — 6 months to 1 year

Everything You Need to Know

Do I need a visa to train in Pakistan?
Most international doctors need a Pakistan visa. In your trainee portal you can mark 'I need a visa', upload your passport and national ID, and our team will guide you through the process and keep your visa status updated.
Where does the training take place?
All training happens at Hair Club International — 46-A FCC, Zahoor Elahi Road, Gulberg, Lahore. See the official Hair Club training page for full programme details.
Will I actually operate on patients?
Yes. From Module 3 (weeks 3–4) you perform hair transplants on real patients in pairs, 5–7 procedures per week, always under the direct supervision of Dr. Nasir Rashid and his surgical team.
What about hotels and transport?
In your trainee portal you can request hotel booking and airport pick-up & drop-off. Share your flight details and we arrange everything — you'll see the confirmations in your portal.
What qualification will I receive?
On successful completion you receive a Certificate of Completion from Dr. Nasir's Hair Transplant Institute, issued in your trainee portal and downloadable at any time.
Can I bring my assistant or staff?
Absolutely — physicians who brought their assistants were overjoyed with their progress. Contact us to arrange combined enrolment.
