What You'll Master

Three Progressive Phases

Theory first, then live surgery, then your own hands on real patients — the exact model perfected over 20 years of teaching. Standard programme 2 weeks to 3 months; fellowship track 7 to 10 months.

Phase 1 — Weeks 1–2

Lectures, Science & Patient Care

Scalp anatomy, classification of alopecia, patient assessment & selection, FUE and FUT methods, graft physiology, consultation skills, anaesthesia and postoperative care — with interactive Q&A.

Phase 2 — Weeks 3–4

Live Surgery Observation & Demonstrations

Direct observation of live transplant procedures on real patients: donor estimation, graft harvesting & dissection, hairline design, recipient-site creation, graft placement and quality control. A minimum of 1 month of observation is required before hands-on surgery begins.

Phase 3 — Hands-On & Certification

Supervised Surgery on Real Patients

Perform supervised procedures on real patients — first partial, then full cases — at a clinic running 12–15 procedures a week. Hands-on surgery is charged per case: PKR 50,000 partial, PKR 90,000 full, or PKR 70,000 on a patient you bring yourself.

What certification will I receive?
Two certificates: one from Hair Club International and one from Dr. Nasir's Hair Transplant Institute, both issued after you complete the hands-on assessment.
Will I really operate on patients?
Yes. After a minimum of 1 month observing live surgery, you move into hands-on surgery — first partial, then full cases — always under the direct supervision of Dr. Nasir Rashid and his surgical team.
